"A great get away. Very refreshing! "

Great location. Nice pace of activities and a great group of people came together to relax with each other.

"Awesome Experience"

This was a wonderful experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The classes were excellent and would be appropriate for beginning to advanced practitioners. The dynamic among participants, most of whom where there solo, was warm, supportive and fun . . . Even for someone like me who is, how should I say it, ‘advanced’ in years :) Bill is the consummate host—welcoming, attentive, responsive and generous.

"Amazing yoga getaway upstate NY"

I absolutely loved this perfectly curated retreat. The two story apartments are newly renovated with cute interiors and direct access to the backyard where the stream is. Bill was the best host; very accommodating, friendly and generous. We had everything we needed and more. To me this weekend was the perfect combination of yoga, meditation, hiking, reading, socializing with the group and exploring the little town. We went for dinner at the local cidery, which had a great vibe and food, and I bought a couple of things in the antique store.

The yoga classes were varied and perfect for any level of experience. When I came home after the 3-night retreat I felt rejuvenated and happy.

This is truly great value for your money, and I highly recommend anyone thinking about it to go!!

"Streamside Yoga Retreat"

Bill is a wonderful host and teacher. The living and yoga spaces are beautiful and tranquil. The food was excellent and Bill made sure each person had what they wanted and needed in addition to what he provided. The welcoming meal was divine and a wonderful way to meet your group. I enjoyed the different yoga classes and the hike we took on the Andes Rail Trail. Bill encouraged us to do as much or as little as we wanted and I appreciated that option. It was exactly what I needed and I am hoping to return in the future.

"Just what the doctor ordered!"

Excellent retreat! The hospitality of Bill Duke was above and beyond - exceptional host. The food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. The facilities were clean and well stocked in a very cute and relaxing apartment. Especially enjoyed the nightly fire pit gatherings along the backyard brook.

"A wonderful and relaxing getaway "

The experience that Bill offers his retreat guests is top notch. The housing accommodations are lovely and comfortable and the yoga classes are really great. The retreat operates on a loose schedule, but it's not strict, allowing for everyone to tailor their experience to their wishes / needs. The town is very cute and the hiking is really great (a scenic workout).

"Stretch and relax just a few hours from NYC"

This was a relaxing, healing retreat. Very comfortable, well designed apartments, fully stocked kitchens, plenty of food. The welcome dinner was a real treat! Bill was extremely generous. He gave people lifts, lead hiking, brought fresh local food every day, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. I loved our after-breakfast hikes up the hills, dinner at the local cider place, and long yoga classes to the sound of the stream right behind the house.

"The boutique Yoga Retreat"

Small intimate yoga retreat with lots of variety and individual attention.

The Welcome dinner on Thursday night was excellent, delicious and healthy.

There was a lot of free-time in addition to the yoga, so you could relax, hike, or enjoy the local cuisine. The accommodations were lovely B&B quality rooms.

"Wonderful relaxing experience "

Received plenty of R&R but the morning and afternoon yoga classes really gave me a work out. Meals were all delicious and our spear time was filled with thoughtful suggestions and recomindations.

"Relaxing Retreat in the Catskills"

This remote location was beautiful and so peaceful. The accommodations were wonderful, the people were so kind, and I only wish retreats were held more often.

"Amazing retreat!"

This retreat was more than I expected, and I expected a lot! Bill was accommodating and kind as well as being a wonderful yoga teacher, and Lisanne was also excellent. The pace of the weekend in terms of class and rest time was perfect, and being able to customize the experience was great - we were able to do as much or as little as we wanted. The location itself was peaceful and beautiful - the stream in the back of the home was picturesque. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and I am picky! Highly recommend. I will return. Very happy customer :)

"Everything Beautiful "

The location is more beautiful than I can explain in this short excerpt. A stream and forest run in the background of the yoga studio as well as living area. Vegetarian food was provided daily and we had dinner at a wonderful Cidery five min down the road. Rooms were cozy and warm, and the steam shower capped it off perfectly. Yoga classes twice daily were different every time with three instructors who’s knowledge went beyond just poses. This was my first retreat and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Thanks Bill!

"The entire stay was fantastic."

The rooms very very clean and well appointed. Bill (the host) was gracious and accommodating. The yoga was out of this world and at a perfect cadence. I highly recommend this retreat and plan to go back many times.
