Claudia is an experienced dancer and yoga teacher with a strong commitment to helping people increase their strength and flexibility as well as their ability to relax. Her training as a teacher at Rishikesh Yog Peeth in India has allowed her to study and practise a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, Restorative, and Ashtanga yoga. Her dance experience has given her a sound understanding of the musculo-skeletal system in motion and the ability to tailor classes to suit individual needs. Claudia has a special interest in Yin yoga, and focuses on the mindful alignment of body.
Jack cooks all of your meals from scratch. Jack is a writer and chef, hailing from Nottingham originally.
