"Stella, my yoga teacher, is a very special person. Indeed, she is an attentive, professional teacher who looks carefully after each student. Full of empathy, she also studies the students' psychological profile, helping them to grow and improve in every aspect. She is not just a teacher, she is a dear friend, always willing to help out."

"Stellas Yoga retreat in La Toscana is a wonderful experience. Traveling from so far, I just wanted to be completly disconnected, and this beautiful place (La Capitana) and it's crew made it magical! The amazing building, gardens, sorroundings, food :), made it very special. Stella's classes are very complete and fun, she tries different yoga classes every day and marks variations for multiple levels so you can feel challenged. Also, you really feel guided all the time. I would repeat it any time!! Thank you Stella!"

"I've always played sports: kick boxing and running above all. Three years ago I tried yoga with Stella: it was love at first sight with both her and yoga. She's so passionate and full of energy that involves you completely, she makes you love yoga and challenge with your body to improve it and feel it more than ever. I met a few trainers, but with no one else I feel this complicity and this desire to share the success of any yoga position reached. "

"In my experience what you get out of a yoga class depends on the person teaching it. A good teacher can make the difference. I would recommend Stella because she has a good energy and a lot of passion and dedication. And this makes the difference "

"I'd taken a yoga class with Stella before and really loved her style of teaching, so when I heard about her retreat in Tuscany I quickly signed up and traveled from London to be there! I'm really glad that I did as it was a wonderful long weekend of 1st class yoga teaching and great food, set against a backdrop of beautiful Tuscan vineyards. Stella is very attentive as a teacher, guiding you through new positions and making sure no one gets lost at the back of the class, regardless of their level. She's also got a great knowledge of anatomy and yoga philosophy so it feels like you're in safe hands in her classes. I've been practicing yoga for a few years now but definitely deepened my practice through Stella's teaching."

"Now for the food at laCapitana, which was amazing! It was locally sourced, home cooked and plentiful. They also make olive oil, wine and jams which you can buy from a little shop in the house. My room looked out across the vineyards and hills - an amazing view to wake up to. "

"I highly recommend Stella's yoga classes and retreats - in fact I'm trying to persuade her to teach more in the UK so I can be taught by her more frequently! "
