During this retreat, you will stay overnight in a twin shared room in Mana Retreat Center. Every twin room is equipped with an air-conditioner and bathroom. Single rooms are available for an additional 160 NZD.


You will attend expect restorative yoga sessions suitable for beginners, healing meditation journeys, nurturing rituals, and workshops all supported by the vast views over the Coromandel and delicious vegetarian cuisine. Gain a fresh perspective, feel receptive, vitalized, and ready to be you.
