Belly dancing

Belly dancing classes can be beneficial in many ways. Many people find toning their abdominal area to be quite troublesome. Belly dancing can be a good way to strengthen and slim stomach muscles. Socially, belly dancing classes may work well for some people, as typically the mood is fun and lighthearted. Learning belly dancing and appearing in group performances wearing exotic costumes can also be a fun experience.

All standards and ages welcome, it doesn’t matter if you have never danced before. Life is too short and people don’t have enough fun factor in it. Stress is making everyone ill and obese. Stay Fit Break Free has an organized week of fun and activity in sunny Mallorca for a mood rising and stomach shrinking holiday.

Each day the group begin with yoga, followed by a healthy breakfast on the terrace. The balanced diet may sound rather terrifying but it is delicious, ideal for increased energy levels, and decreased weight levels. After breakfast comes the belly dance workout. Flowed by lunch and siesta and a fun dancing afternoon of barre dance, burlesque, belly dancing, and yoga.

Barre fitness involves simple body-weight exercises such as press-ups and sit-ups as well as ballet moves. Whether it is an excellent diet combined with fun exercise, or simply the sunshine and peace, you will be surrounded by positive energy. As the week goes on, you will notice your mood rising and stomach shrinking. At the end of the week, you will be “literally glowing”, look leaner, younger, and happier!

Sharon’s beautifully presented dishes are exceptional in taste with high nutritional content. The food is locally sourced, organic, and individually prepared according to the specific diet plan of each guest. Stay Fit Break Free only uses local fruit and vegetables from Mallorca. The basic foodstuffs are enhanced with seasonal herbs and vegetables from Sharon’s own garden.

All meals are served in the breathtaking surroundings of the retreat’s intensely lush and green gardens, carefully created to support mindful eating philosophy. It completes the experience in a healthy and delicious way and serves emotional and physical well-being. Meals and desserts are prepared with love using ingredients, helping you with detox and weight loss. The green smoothies and the 2-course dinners are to die for!

You will be picked up from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) and normally be in the accommodation about 60 minutes later. The week will finish on Friday morning and Stay Fit Break Free will organize the transport to the airport, using a local company.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
