Rebecca trained three years ago in Dharamsala where she did a 200 hours intensive TTC. She has since been teaching a multi-style yoga that is suitable for all levels. She also did a mindfulness course in 2018 which has informed her teaching greatly in unifying body and mind.

I had an incredible time at my yoga retreat at St Micheal’s. The whole experience was lovely and one I would highly recommend! The yoga was very relaxing and taught me a lot, the accommodation was was beautiful. Nothing I can fault in anyway! Just what I needed. Will be coming back for another in the summer. Thanks so much to everyone in the resort and health spa that made my stay so enjoyable and a big thank you to Bex who organised and taught our yoga!
