During this teacher training course, the following techniques are applied in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself and your future students. You will be equipped with both yoga and Meditation Teacher Training knowledge and certification. This teacher training will help you take your knowledge and teachings to the next level with more tools.

TIME meditation

TIME meditation is Transformational Integral Meditation Education. It combines body meditation, prana meditation, mind meditation, psychic meditation, and more to transform oneself and connect one with the higher self of para nature, under the guidance and blessings of the divine, leading to a permanent shift in consciousness that is moving and transcending continuously towards the larger truths of life.

It creates harmony, peace, and manifests positively, not only activating one’s own inner guidance but helping and supporting the endeavor to evolve constantly towards a positive manifestation of higher forces in practical living.

Meditation

Meditation, yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques are included in the Meditation Teacher Training course in order to give you an experience of your pure nature, in which your ego dissolves and you'll find inner silence. You will be introduced to dynamic Osho meditations, Raja, Zen, and Karma yoga meditation, as well as silent walking meditation. In addition to this, you will learn a variety of tools to help unlock your inner wisdom and access your true potential.

Mantra

The science of vibration will be explored during the teacher training. Mantra chanting generates vibrations which are fundamental tools for altering the psyche and producing a tranquil and balanced mind. In yogic practices, the growth of awareness progresses with the help of these vibrations. By cleansing the mind with mantras, decision making becomes clearer and observation power is awakened.

Purification leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Mantras will be translated and clearly explained.

Asana

Asana training and practice is your opportunity to examine the asanas in depth and learn safe hands-on adjustments, modifications, and precise alignment. These asanas can be modified and are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health while focusing on chakra activation, back strengthening, ab strengthening, and a standing series.

Two asana classes a day are taught; one for your personal practice and development and one teaching you how to teach others. You also have the opportunity to get supervised teaching practice. You will come away with a thorough knowledge of the asana sequences and the physical aspects of yoga, such as anatomy and physiology.

Pranayama

Discover the healing potential of your breath. Breathing techniques are an essential component of Hatha yoga. Benefits include improved concentration, more energy, deeper sleep, and reduced stress levels. Not only does it feed the brain, it also revitalizes the body since breath is the bridge between the body and the mind.

Good for inner search, light for becoming a teacher

CONS Cons: Do not expect a great place if staying at Tenderness Guesthouse, nothing fancy about it, but nothing terrible either. Just simple and sober, which was good enough for me. Swamiji is building his own school with accommodation, which should be ready by sept, 2017. The food is ok but very repetitive, in the Indian way :) There are plenty of nice restaurants outside to get some other flavors... I found the teaching for the teacher training a bit light : I would not call myself a teacher right away, because we did not train that much, did not learn basics about anatomy or adjustments in the postures to correct our future students.

PROS Pros: Peaceful atmosphere and very nice persons, Indian staff as well as Camille and Swamiji, always there to make everything fine. The method is simple, very accessible and pretty efficient ! The theoretical teachings about chakras are good and very interesting. Over all good for taking a healthy break from day to day life and observe what is inside and the evolution of ourselves.

PROS Pros: Die Leute waren sehr nett.

Organizer response: Namaste Iris, Thank you for your Feedback and your kind and positive words. We have taken things into consideration and are constantly working to improve our course. Here are some clarifications: Food- Food is simple, satvic yogic food, simple and mild to prevent the excitement of Prana and senses to assist in the deep spiritual process. We are not a resort, but a place for inner development and hence cannot offer a large menu with many varieties. Asanas and Yoga - as we have mentioned in our course description, we offer an Integral Approach and holistic point of view of Yoga and our Training is based on not just physical body but also Prana, Mind and Psychic Aspects, to activate the Yogic Energy and fasten spiritual progress. Not just Physical exercises. We are not your regular Hatha Yoga course. Our Yoga uses the body as a base, but goes beyond these outer things to help persons in their spiritual journey and Self realisation. Hence, a fixed practice (Kriya) and grounding are necessary for this inner development in our system and experience. The emphasis is on Yoga & Meditation Education and as a Yogic Science for those who wish to learn and develop Yogic, Psychological and Spiritual methods of Self Realization and Healing. Thanking you Admin

Review by Merel Jansen from Germany

"SriMa School of Transformational Yoga's Response:"

    "Dear Eve-Lyne,"

"-All the trainings offered by SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga are recognized by Yoga Alliance International founded more than 10 years ago by Swami Vidyanand and a registered trademark under the government of India. This organization has no relation with any other Yoga Alliance and no such thing is mentioned neither on our websites nor on bookyogaretreat.com. The certificates delivered by Yoga Alliance International allow people to teach internationally. Today, 275 yoga centres and more than 7000 teachers are certified with Yoga Alliance International all over the world and the organization makes sure that the newly certified teachers go back home with a certificate valued by their own government."

"-The training is happening in a Guest House which offers both a natural environment and simple way of living. We do care about the comfort and the security of our students, however no extra luxuries are provided in the rooms which is clearly mentioned in the welcome email sent to every student upon confirmation. The amenities are situated in a natural forest area, where insects and wild animals naturally have their home. If despite of our efforts to make this place a clean and safe environment for students to stay, some areas were not to their satisfaction, the staff of the guest house is always around and ready to help and answer any demand of our students. However, we receive Eve-Lyne’s complaint as an opportunity to improve and will definitely upload pictures of the rooms and amenities on bookyogaretreat.com for more clarity."

"-The training of 200 Level happens over 20 days with 1:30 asanas and meditation class early morning and evening, theoretical teachings of 2:30 to 3:00 before lunch and one hour meditation practice after dinner, which totals up to 6:30 to 7:00 hours actual teaching per day. Additionally to these actual teaching hours, the Master personally meets every student at least twice during the training for individual guidance and is always open to answer any queries of the students before, during and after the training."

"The amount of the deposit is left to our appreciation by BYR and is established on the basis of SriMa’s administrative way of functioning. Students applying for the course are free to choose to confirm their application or not and we always make a point of answering any questions through BYR online messaging system, would they have any difficulties in the financial matter, we definitely are open to discussion to make everyone comfortable."
