This is a yoga intensive with 100-hour certification for those who want to explore yoga more deeply as a practice. Transformational yoga is a truly integral yoga system. It synthesizes techniques of a variety of yogic systems to bring about rapid transformation. Transformational yoga goes far beyond just physical exercise. While offering a complete approach to well-being, Transformational yoga takes into account physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health.
You will be accommodated at Tenderness Guest House, a simple and clean shared accommodation.
SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga offers Transformational yoga teacher training courses at all levels. Successful candidates will receive certificates from the SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga, endorsed by Yoga Alliance International (YAI) and recognized worldwide.
Upon completion of this self-transformation course, you will receive a certificate from the SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga. If you would like to carry on to teacher level, the 100 hours from this course can be counted against your 200 hours level of Transformational yoga teacher training.
Transformational yoga functions on a deeper level to stimulate Kundalini energy to move up through the chakras, purifying, and awakening the pure body.
You will be focusing on creating full awareness of each of your five bodies which are physical, prana, mental, psychic, and spiritual body.
In doing so, you are able to clear blockages and purify your bodies, you will learn about the seven chakras and their relationships to your five bodies while identifying and clearing blockages in the chakras.

SriMa School of Transformational Yoga's asana sequences are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health, while focusing on chakra activation, back strengthening, ab strengthening, and a standing series.
Discover the healing potential of your breath. Breathing techniques are an essential component of Hatha yoga. Benefits include improved concentration, more energy, deeper sleep, and reduced stress levels. Not only does it feed the brain, but also revitalizes the body since breath is the bridge between the body and the mind.
Mantra chanting generates vibrations which are fundamental tools for altering the psyche and producing a tranquil and balanced mind. In yogic practices, the growth of your awareness progresses with the help of these vibrations. By cleansing your minds with mantras, decision making becomes clearer and observation power is awakened, purification leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind.
Meditation, yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques are included in Transformational yoga practice in order for you to experience your pure natures, in which your egos dissolve and you find inner silence.

You will have weekly excursions to visit Matrimandir, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, and Auroville beach.
Utkarsh is the director of SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga. He lives in Auckland and has done his training and certification with masters and teachers from India, where he lived and worked as a yoga expert until 2015. As a master of Transformational yoga, Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation, he explores and shares the science of yoga under the guidance of Swami Vidyanand, the founder of Transformational yoga and Yoga Alliance International. He is now an established and experienced yoga master and therapist, channelizing his energy with people from all over the world.
Swami Vidyanand is a renowned yoga master and the founder of Transformational yoga, an innovative yogic system that synthesizes techniques of Hatha, white, Tantra, Raja, mantra, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga to bring about rapid transformation. His signature system is inspired by the integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, and was developed when he taught yoga for more than a decade at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi branch.
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Camille is a Yoga Alliance International certified yoga teacher for 500-hour level and a master in Transformational yoga and meditation. She studied under the guidance of Swami Vidyanand in New Delhi and Auroville. She is in charge of SriMa School Auroville branch.
This teacher training will take place in Auroville, India.
