The accommodation facility is in a very peaceful area of Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh. You will find yourself at the foothill of the mountains and on the side of the River Ganga. The environment is green and clean. They provide private single or sharing accommodation to all the guests and students.
All rooms are well appointed with attached toilet and bathroom. All rooms have 24-hour hot water facility. They also provide free unlimited Wi-Fi facility to all their students. The hostel also has RO water purifiers. You always get a beautiful view of the holy river Ganga. There are two types of room facilities, a single private room with private table / chair and private washroom and the second option is a twin sharing room.

The training will comprise the sessions of Kundalini yoga asanas, pranayama, Kundalini meditation, yoga philosophy, physiology of yoga, and mantra chanting.
Kundalini yoga is the most authentic and ancient style of yoga. This includes the practice of rigorous pranayama practice and serious meditation on chakras and Kundalini. There are some parts of asanas that are practiced with more awareness and breathing.
The aim here is to help the flow of prana energy in the right manner. Further, you explore the advance practice of mudras, bandhas and that really helps you get a better awareness of chakras and their energies.
Finally, the practice of Kundalini yoga requires the serious practice of meditation with kriyas (inner process) which really helps you in awakening in chakras and Kundalini in a long time. With time, you infuse all these practices of pranayama, kriya, mudra, and bandhas with some seed mantras during meditation techniques.
This way the practice becomes more and more rigorous and focus becomes more intense. The subject starts going beyond the body dimensions (Annamaya Kosha) and enters the dimension of energy (Pranamaya Kosha). Here, the focus changes from the external techniques to the awareness of chakras and their functioning. The subject starts becoming aware of the ‘prana’ movement and gets more and more control over the ‘prana’.

This retreat course is fully residential. All the activities are conducted at the same place. So, all the yoga practice and theory classes will be conducted on the same premises.

Yoga Nidra is a systematic technique of conscious sleep. It is considered to be one of the deepest complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and meditation techniques.
Mantras are the universal sounds that have the capacity to concentrate the prana energy and make it move in the right channels. These mantras are used as helpful tools in meditation practices and also for psychological growth. Mantras are a very important part of Kundalini yoga.
Asanas practices with the help of kumbhaka (breath retention) and bandha. Practices of various kriyas and asanas on the focus of seven chakras help awakening Kundalini energy.
This is an intense yoga training for four weeks. Students will be following almost seven hours of classes every day. On Saturday there will be classes until lunch and after that, students will be free for the day. Every Sunday there will be some sightseeing in nearby places.
There will be classes of Kundalini yoga asana and pranayama and cleansing in the morning. After breakfast, there will be a philosophy class. After lunch, there will be classes on anatomy, teaching practice, and Kundalini meditation. This way, there will be six classes of seven hours duration.
