This relaxing yoga retreat is held at the stunning Pelages Hotel, set at the bottom of the hillside in this magical volcanic island, just outside the very beautiful village of Oia. The hotel is set amongst vineyards and gardens, providing a beautiful and relaxing setting where you can fully unwind. The hotel also has a beautiful pool where you can relax by and enjoy the views.

The classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. Spiritual Yoga School has a range of very experienced teachers who are the best of the best and well practiced at adapting the class for everyone’s level. Whether it is Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin, or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas, and meditation sessions to help increase oxygen flow, balance, and clarity, as well as to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation, and relaxation.
You will be waking up with the Greek sun for morning practice in the gentle shade of grape vines, then a leisurely brunch before the day is yours to choose. You will seal your day with yoga and meditation under the cooler Greek sun; digesting the day and your practice. As the day closes, you will enjoy healthy nourishing food prepared with love by caring hosts; feeling utterly satisfied.
Couples, solo travelers, and friends who would like to combine their love of yoga with a sunshine holiday are welcome on this retreat. There will be no rules or regulations. You are encouraged to take the time to enjoy your well-earned break, as well as practice yoga in twice daily sessions (morning and evening). Yoga equipment will be provided.
On this retreat, you can enjoy walking from Oia to Fira (the capital) and around the edge of Santorini with stunning views (included in the price). The trip would be stunning and truly breathtaking.
Santorini is one of the most dramatic Greek islands for scenery with its little white washed towns perched on the sides of steep cliffs overlooking the great volcano and deep blue sea.
Oia is a stunning town located on the volcanic hillside of Santorini, perfect for those who want to explore the Greek life further. In Oia, you will find the unique, magical, and renowned blue and white church tops mixed in with the white washed tavernas and luxury hotels that line the cliff side. There are stunning shops and unique restaurants with delicious Greek cuisine as well as quaint coffee houses where you can enjoy Greek yogurt dripping with honey whilst watching the stunning view of the caldera.

On this yoga holiday, two meals are included in the price at the hotel. You can enjoy fresh home grown fruit and vegetables of an amazing quality and taste due to its unique climate and volcanic soil, such as: cherry tomatoes, white aubergines, cucumbers, courgettes, grapes, figs, melons, and watermelons.
The produce is organic and seasonal, ripened by the beautiful warm Aegean sunshine which makes the cuisine fantastic. Or, you can enjoy passing an evening in the beautiful village of Oia and lively Greek local tavernas. You can also go for a wine tasting evening amongst the vines during the sunset and enjoy the unique and spell bounding views of the blue and white churches that make Santorini so special. Spiritual Yoga School also highly recommends enjoying a day on a yacht cruise around the Caldera coastline, so flexibility with evenings meals is key.
Massage or reflexology sessions are available at an extra charge.
From Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (ATH) in Athens, you may fly to Santorini using one of the following airlines: Olympic Airways (+30 210 9666666) or Aegean Airlines (+30 210 626 1000), and arrive at Santorini (Thira) National Airport (JTR).
If you arrive at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (ATH), you can take a ferry to Santorini from either the port of Pireus or Rafina. To go to Piraeus, you can take bus X96 which departs every 20-40 minutes from the airport. Please allow about 60-90 minutes for the trip to the port. The bus ticket currently costs 2.90 EUR.
There are Ferries going to Santorini from Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece. The final destination of these ferries is Crete.
