Vinyasa yoga 200 hours

This yoga teacher training will push you to go further than you ever thought possible. You will embrace the philosophy that it is through your physical body that you will clear your mental body which allows the true self to shine forth. This process unfolds by carefully following an eight-limbed path laid out by the Sage Patanjali.

In the training, you will focus on the 8 limbs of yoga as well as study the Yoga Sutras and the Hatha Yoga Pradiprika. You will learn how to give guided classes and become teachers of asana. Meditation will take place daily after asana practice. You will learn to steady the mind (Dharana) and focus the mind (Dyhana) and work towards entering into meditation (Samadhi).

You will be studying the anatomy of yoga, pranayama, and Ayurveda among other subjects. After 10 days, the students will begin to guide the class. You will end the year with a 200-hour internationally recognized Yoga Alliance teaching certificate. The training can also be taken as a means to deepen your yogic understanding and all are welcome.

Hatha Vinyasa

In this Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the asana experience as you learn to teach basic Hatha yoga series with the focus on breath coordination, lines of energy, modifications, and adjustment. The practices of pranayama (the science of breath), meditation, and chanting will be introduced to enrich you as well as provide you with the skill to lead these practices as they might relate to a yoga class.

You will learn how to give guided classes and become teachers of asana and meditation. After the first five trainings, you will begin to guide the class. You will be studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the anatomy of yoga, pranayama, and Ayurveda among other subjects. You will end the year with a certificate. The training can also be taken as a means to deepen your yogic understanding and all are welcome.
