You will be staying at a beautifully renovated hotel in South Tyrol region. The hotel is set on a beautiful plateau at 1400 meters, surrounded by mountains and overlooking the majestic Dolomites. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and tasteful.

Standard rooms are in the main building of the hotel and feature a rather classic decor with lots of natural wood. Superior rooms are in a new part of the hotel and feature lots of aromatic untreated wood, large living space, mountain views, and direct access to the garden. Double, twin, and single occupancy is available.

Please note that double or twin room can only be booked by two guests traveling together or a single traveler as a shared twin. If you have no one to share the room with, the package will be charged at a single room rate.


This retreat is open to all ages and levels of fitness and experience. During this Hatha yoga retreat, you will have an opportunity to experience a variety of approaches to Hatha yoga, from elemental Vinyasa flow to peaceful Hatha with a therapeutic quality. Some of the sessions may include the elements of Yin yoga, myofascial release, pranayama, and meditation.

A part of the programme is yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) meditation which has an extremely restful and restorative effect. All sessions will be adapted to the group and modifications of the poses will be offered to cater for all participants and to ensure that everyone is receiving the benefits of the practice and the individualized attention.

Personal development program

An important part of this retreat is an individually tailored personal development programme. This means that in-between yoga and meditation classes, you will receive two one-on-one personal development sessions during the retreat, as well as a set of personalized assignments.

Your facilitator will develop a plan for your one-on-one work before the retreat based on what is important for you to work on (you will fill out a registration questionnaire prior to the retreat to help us prepare). Whether you are attempting to create a positive change in your work, relationship/-s, health or anything else, during this retreat you will be inspired, motivated, and empowered to not only identify your goals, but also to take action in pursuing them.

Elena Mironov is a Zürich-based international yoga and meditation teacher, author, and composer. Over the past 16 years, she has led over 60 yoga and meditation retreats in Europe, Africa, Asia, Iceland, and Central America. She released a yoga DVD that has received brilliant reviews by leading yoga publications like Yoga Journal Deutschland, OM Yoga Magazine UK, Wellbeing, and Australian Yoga Life. Her classes are characterized by playfulness, uplifting, and warmth and are focused on safe alignment, breath initiated movement, and the experience of flow.
Maria Matkowska

The retreat will take place in South Tyrol, Italy. The location of the retreat is high in the Italian Alps, on a remote plateau in Bolzano region. The recommended airports are Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) or Orio al Serio/Bergamo International Airport (BGY).

There is a variety of world class walking and hiking trails just outside the hotel, so you can use the breaks between the session to enjoy the views and beautiful nature to support your yoga practice and personal development programme, to re-charge the batteries, and to empty the thinking mind.

Wellness and spa

The spa and wellness in the South Tyrol location is truly a masterpiece: the wellness area boasts over 10 different saunas including Alpine herbs sauna, aroma steam room, rose meditation cabin, Finnish panorama sauna, mountain pine sauna, infrared sauna, lavender, camomile, thyme, hay, and many more. From Finnish sauna, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain ranges and the South Tyrolean Dolomites.

In addition to that, the location offers a spacious alpine garden landscape with panoramic outdoor Jacuzzi and natural pond, as well as a partly indoor and partly outdoor swimming pool with a view. A very wide selection of spa treatments is performed using high-quality natural products from the region.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Orio al Serio International Airport (BGY) or Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN). The best time to arrive would be Thursday lunchtime, meaning your flight has to arrive in Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) or Orio al Serio International Airport (BGY) in the morning. If this is not feasible, you will be asked to book an additional night at the hotel so that you arrive the day before.

The best time to depart is Sunday noon or early afternoon, meaning that your flight should be planned for Sunday evening. The hotel can help you organize your transport from Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) or Orio al Serio International Airport (BGY) upon your request. Further instructions will be sent out upon registration.
