The house is located in the quiet and small town of O Viso in Ourense, Spain. It is a nice typical Galician house in the countryside, fully furnished, with all facilities. There are four double rooms, one shared room, dining room, a big kitchen, two toilets, a nice garden with a traditional hórreo (stone granary), and a view to the mystic Mount Pindo. Carnota beach is just 1.5 kilometers away, which is a lovely walk from the house along the forest.

María Pajares is a relaxing techniques and personal development therapist by the International Association for Body Psycotherapy (AITYSI) and the School of Yoga and Integral Health Center (CEYSI). She specializes in Hatha yoga and therapeutic yoga. María graduated with the Bachelor of Arts in child education from the University of Vigo (Spain). She teaches yoga and relaxation from 2006 in different alternative therapies center, cultural centers, and gyms in Vigo (Spain).
María Castro is a Spanish teacher and has graduated in Masters of Arts in teaching Spanish as a second language. She has also graduated in the Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations from the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and Bachelor of Arts in elementary education with English from the University of Vigo (Spain).
Luna is a Spanish teacher who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honors in English studies from the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and Master of Arts in European studies from Cardiff University (UK). She is a UK qualified teacher status (QTS) and has worked as a Spanish tutor at Cardiff University, the University of Central Lancashire, and Cirencester College for several years. Currently, she is working as an English teacher for the Madrid Education Board, working in government secondary schools. She has recently passed the Spanish civil service exams for permanent teaching positions.
This retreat will take place in Galicia, Spain. Of all the beauty to be found in Galicia, this is a must experience enclave. There are forest combined with white sand beaches and the multiple blues of the Atlantic Sea. From the medieval fishing town of Muros to the beach of Carnota, the breathtaking Muros Estuary, and a driveway by the coast are worth seeing.
