The hostel is located in Carnota, in the heart of Costa da Morte ( A Coruña, Galicia), with stunning views to the Atlantic sea, Carnota Beach, and Mount Pindo. Amenities include Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, and a lovely terrace. Accommodation will be in a dorm with four single beds. Also, from August 1st to 7th an apartment near the beach will be available for private o shared accommodation with one double room and a twin room. Please, contact the organizer for information on this or other accommodation options.

Spanish&Yoga&Meditation Retreats Yoga Holiday Spain Schedule

You'll start your day with a yoga class, designed to invigorate, energize, uplift, and prepare you for the day ahead. After breakfast, there will be time for optional Spanish and English lessons, which are interactive and motivating, based in communicative situations. You'll have the opportunity to interact with native speakers on a daily basis.

The Language program is designed to suit your needs and interests, with task-based activities related to real life. If you are the only person in your level, the two hours of group class will be replaced for a 90-minute private class.

In the afternoon, you can join conversation practices or enjoy free time to relax in the beautiful and pristine beaches nearby, practice sports, take some tours, or attend more workshops, massages, and one-on-one yoga or Language classes.

Surf, SUP, and kitesurfing classes and equipment are available on request. Please note that this is an outsource service and the organizer cannot guarantee availability. If you are interested in this, please contact the organizer for further information, they will be glad to assist you.

In case you want to stay more or less than six nights, please let the organizer know and they will try to book extra nights or retreat days for you

Included excursions

The retreat package includes a field trip in the area, to choose on arrival. It can be a visit to a local clay artist's exhibition and shop; to Muros, the medieval fisherman town; to Mount Pindo or the Celtic Olympus, etc.


María Castro
María Castro is a Spanish teacher and has graduated in Masters of Arts in teaching Spanish as a second language. She has also graduated in the Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations from the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and Bachelor of Arts in elementary education with English from the University of Vigo (Spain).
Luna is a Spanish teacher who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honors in English studies from the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and Master of Arts in European studies from Cardiff University (UK). She is a UK qualified teacher status (QTS) and has worked as a Spanish tutor at Cardiff University, the University of Central Lancashire, and Cirencester College for several years. Currently, she is working as an English teacher for the Madrid Education Board, working in government secondary schools. She has recently passed the Spanish civil service exams for permanent teaching positions.
Jana Reilová
Jana is a certified yoga teacher from Kranti Yoga (Goa, India) meeting the International Education Standards of Yoga alliance in Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, and kriyas. She has taught yoga in an Ayurvedic hotel in Sri Lanka, in Shivashakti Yoga (Pune, India), and in the Czech Republic. Jana also holds a BA in Spanish and English Philology and Literature by Universidad Bohemia del Sur and a B2 in Spanish and C1 in English.

Retreat location

This retreat will take place in Galicia, Spain. Of all the beauty to be found in Galicia, this is a must-see enclave. There is a forest combined with white sand beaches and the multiple blues of the Atlantic Sea. The medieval fishing town of Muros, the beach of Carnota, the breathtaking Muros Estuary, and a driveway by the coast are worth seeing.

For this retreat, you will be served a delicious breakfast every day and two vegetarian dinners. Breakfast will be buffet style, including tea, coffee, juice, cereal, fresh fruit, toast, and eggs. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options are available on request. If you have any other dietary requirements, please notify when making your reservation. There is a restaurant in the hostel and many nice places to eat nearby. Galicia provides high-quality food at affordable prices!
