Program

During this retreat, you will experience yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, cacao ceremony, a day of silence, and practices to support you to thrive. Be guided in a way that supports your wellbeing and the possibility of manifesting your deep potential.

Meditation and yoga will allow all that has been whirling within to return to greater stillness, just like the ripples in water, which dissolve when they are no longer being stirred. In practices of stillness and reflection, you will notice that you can hear more clearly, understanding what no longer serves you and what is vital and brings you alive. In practices of mindful movement, you will enliven energy and possibility.

Friday

  • 19:00 Welcoming and meeting everyone and beginning to orientate towards why you are there and what you will practice together.

Saturday

  • 08:30 - 09:30 Yin yang space yoga - Lana
  • 09:40 - 10:30 Meditation - Radha
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Brunch time
  • 11:30 - 13:15 Radha and Lana - approaches, concepts and practices to inspire insight and wisdom to emerge
  • 13:15 - 15:15 Break (lunch and rejuvenation, Oriental bay or Balaena bay, a 20-minute walk away, walk through Mt. Victoria bush walk to rest, read, and restore.
  • 15:15 - 16:30 Radha - quietly and mindfully "imbedding" meditation practices followed by break for light evening meal
  • 19:00 - 21:00 Yogic journey, "Tuning in and Waking up" - Lana

Sunday: into silence

  • 08:30 - 09:30 Yin yang space yoga - Lana
  • 09:40 - 10:30 Meditation - Radha
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Brunch time
  • 11:30 - 13:15 Radha and Lana - approaches, concepts and practices that support following your bliss
  • 13:15 - 15:15 Break (lunch and rejuvenation, Oriental bay or Balaena bay, a 20-minute walk away, walk through Mt. Victoria bush walk to rest, read, and restore.
  • 15:15 - 17:15 Radha - quietly and mindfully "imbedding" practices
  • 17:30 - 19:15 Cacao Ceremony - Radha followed by evening to rest, restore, and just "be"

Monday

  • 09:40 - 10:30 Meditation - Radha
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Breakfast time
  • 11:30 - 13:00 Final time together to talk about what you have explored, experienced, and learnt together with the group

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Wellington International Airport (WLG). Transfer from and to the airport is not included. Space Studio is only 10 minutes away from the airport. Catch an uber or shuttle or taxi.
