  • A space for you and your mat where you will be undisturbed
  • A mat, strap, and blocks or blankets

This is an online weekend immersion into the best of asana practice, rejuvenating meditations, and workshops on yogic practices for peace and balance.

  • 09:00 Morning meditation and pranayama (breathing practice)
  • 09:30 Hatha Vinyasa yoga with Q&A session
  • 11:00 Break
  • 11:30 Live Your Yoga workshop –How to practice yoga off the mat for peace and balance (yoga theory - yamas and niyamas, yoga sutras)
  • 13:00 Lunch
  • 15:00 Core strength and arm balancing workshop
  • 16:30 Led meditation (cakra balancing) and closing circle
  • 17:15 End of day

Sunday

  • 09:00 Morning meditation and pranayama (breathing practice)
  • 09:30 Ashtanga yoga with Q&A session
  • 11:00 Break
  • 11:30 An intro to the bodies – Bandas, the subtle body, chakras, and stress management
  • 13:00 Lunch
  • 15:00 Yin yoga
  • 16:30 Led meditation (recharge sun circle) and closing circle

This retreat is held online. Soulove is based in Spain (GMT+1) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom based on GMT+1 during winter and GMT+2 for session/s after March 28th, 2021 which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
