Virginia has always had a passion for travel which was first ignited some 20 years ago when she was fortunate to spend 7 years living and working in Europe. Her passion for health and wellness has developed slowly over a number of years and she is still on this journey. In early 2009 Virginia decided she needed to make a major change in her life. Virginia decided to find a way to combine her passion for travel, health and wellness with her skills as an event manager and so, SoulFit Adventures was born! Virginia's your yoga teacher and co-ordinates all your adventures!
Frank Gehrt is our cycling guide on this retreat. Originally from Denmark, Frank moved to Italy at the beginning of 2015 and now calls Lucca home. The saddle is Frank’s happy place, when nothing else matters and it’s just himself and the road. Frank will guide us through this magical landscape dotted with vineyards, olive trees, hill towns and cypress tree-lined lanes, to unforgettable wine and olive oil tastings and very tasty cuisine, and enable us to plunge right into the beautiful landscape of Lucca and Tuscany.

Virginia has created such an amazing experience with her Bali rest and restore yoga retreat. I can’t thank you enough Virginia. I was struck with the tranquility and beauty of the venue the moment I arrived. Greeted by the warm, ever smiling Balinese staff, the scene was very much set for a pretty special time. Set among lush gardens with authentic Balinese bungalows nestled among palm and coconut trees with the ocean lapping almost at your door – it’s just gorgeous. The yoga space is incredible, the food healthy and tasty, the staff divine. The yoga is both challenging and meditative but achievable for all levels. Virginia looks after you. Did I mention the sunrise and sunsets and the view from the yoga shala! For me, a beautiful week of good company, laughter, contentment and reflection. If you are considering it, don’t hesitate, it is truly a week you will cherish.
