Born in western Canada, growing up near Vancouver, Shay is a qualified 500H RYT trained in Rocket, Ashtanga, Mandala Vinyasa & Yin. She is passionate about helping people find comfort & ease in their own bodies, while having a few laughs & tumbles in the process. Shay encourages her students to challenge themselves with an open mind & compassion to their own limits. She believes that the sacred does not need to be serious, and a good sense of fun does wonders on the mat and in life. During the retreat, Shay will guide you through a series of practices that will challenge, replenish & restore.
Gyles got into personal training through his own relationship with fitness and the positive impact it had on his own life - physically & mentally. He has a passion for fitness, continually striving to find new & inventive ways for his clients to enjoy and embrace exercise. His realistic, encouraging & consultative approach help clients achieve permanent and positive change. Gyles doesn’t believe there’s a short cut to fitness, creating an environment where exercise is fun, rewarding & social is the key to ensuring that this element of healthy living becomes part of your everyday routine.
Cherry's Yoga journey started when she travelled around Thailand in 2008. What started as a way to meet people turned into a real love & passion for Yoga. Cherry completed the Yoga lifestyle course with Yoga Studio Academy, Bangkok, Thailand. Following her move back to London in 2015, she continued her love of Yoga & completed the Teacher Training Course at YogaLondon in August 2017. Cherry is dedicated in helping her students find their love of Yoga & tailors her classes to her students abilities, she goes at their pace, but challenges them to progress their practice
