Yoga Retreat Greece

The sun rises over the Aegean. You flow through your Vinyasa with sand on your toes and merge in oneness as you gaze into the infinite sea. All your thoughts disappear while the sun goes down. Here, time stops and you are reborn into your true nature. The intention of this retreat is to help you blast open your self-healing power through the four elements around and within you.

This peaceful beachfront sanctuary is inspired by the understated simplicity of the island, with cues of natural minimalism and traditional Cycladic architecture. The Aegean landscape surrounds the hotel in playful shades of pastel, and invites you to unwind and gaze into the glittering sea.

You will be guided by Sofia during the retreat. Sofia guides your body to progressively open up and find comfort, depth, and flexibility. Her practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Sofia’s passion is soul realignment. During each retreat, she masterfully takes her guests on transformative journeys of deep healing and inner work, which last long after the retreat ends.
