Anke Lenz

Anke is a yoga teacher and tour guide. The focus of her yoga classes is on a holistic practice that strengthens the body and calms the mind. The classes are suitable for all levels and have their origins in the traditional Indian Hatha Yoga practice. In Anke's lessons and retreats, it is always her intention to create a space in which one can experience and grow on a deeper level. In addition to depth, a happy and light atmosphere is also important to her, in which there is enough time and space to enjoy life!

Ankur Yadav

Ankur is a wonderful yoga and philosophy teacher from New Delhi. In addition to his dedication to yoga and yogic philosophy, he holds a professorship in international relations and political science at the renowned Jawaharlar Nehru University in New Delhi. With his incredible knowledge of Indian culture, his sensitivity and his loving nature, as well as his practical everyday tips, Ankur will enrich your journey on all levels and will be a constant contact. He will also guide the yoga and meditation practice with you.

Daniel Tuckermann

Movement & Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach. Daniel is passionate about fitness and nutrition and is an absolute movement talent. He loves to challenge himself and his group with creative and varied workouts. His sunny disposition and open nature create a pleasant exercise atmosphere that is all about having fun while pushing participants out of their comfort zone (and sometimes to their limits)! Daniel has a very broad view of the human body.

Klaudia Marta Rogowski

Klaudia ist Yogalehrerin mit Leib und Seele und vermittelt die Lehren aus dem Yoga in Verbindung mit Psychologie und dem Wissen um ganzheitliche Gesundheit. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Psychologin, gilt ihre Leidenschaft dem künstlerischen Ausdruck, vor allem aber der Heilung und der Selbsterfahrung durch Kunst. Hierbei interessiert sie besonders die Verbindung von Mensch und Natur mithilfe künstlerischer Mittel. Durch ihre Erfahrung als Kunsttherapeutin besitzt sie die Fähigkeit dich durch kreative Prozesse zu begleiten und neue inspirierende Impulse zu setzen.

"Alles konnte, nix musste - wunderbare Auszeit!"

Ich hab im Januar 2024 am Yoga & Movement Flow Retreat von Anke & Daniel auf Fuerteventura teilgenommen. Die Unterkunft in Lajares war seeeeensationell (sogar mit Pool), tolle Gruppenenergie, Mega-Soul-Food bekommen, schönes achtsames Miteinander, sowie liebevolles Heranführen an alle Übungen - auch wenn es manchmal herausfordernd war ;) Anke & Daniel verstehen sich super gut, so dass sich ihre guten Vibes auf die Gruppe übertragen haben. Mir hat ihre Nahbarkeit & Zugänglichkeit sehr gefallen, quasi wie "zwei von uns", was in der Leitung bei Retreats nicht immer der Fall ist. Es gab auch schön viel Freizeit und somit ein gutes Kennenlernen untereinander. Eine schöne Auszeit war das - alle Daumen hoch!!!
