You will be staying in a beautiful and luxurious contemporary villa, with a blend of Bali style. All bedrooms have over-sized beds with pillow, topped mattresses, and fluffy pillows. All bed linens are high thread count. Fabulous bathrooms with Bali balance toiletries. They have a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens, and a stunning yoga terrace overlooking the green rice paddies.

Yoga can bring about profound change in your physical and mental capacity while preparing the body for long-term health. Yoga is about a healthy lifestyle in a world consumed with chaos. Peace and tranquility can be yours through regular yoga practice and meditation. During your stay, you are welcome to join the daily yoga practice on the stunning yoga terrace overlooking green paddy fields in the early morning or a meditation session before you sleep.
Your yoga instructor will guide you through your practice. Morning classes are usually the more dynamic kind, either Vinyasa and Hatha Flow, designed to wake up the energy. Evening classes include Astanga, Yin, and pranayama breathing sessions and include mediation. Each class has a flow and focus, beginning with a mediative reflection to settle on the moment, to open up the chakras, finding concentration, mindfulness, and inspiration to evolve.
Charlotte was classically trained in Mumbai over 10 years ago. She has over 10 years experience teaching around the world all disciplines of yoga and meditation.
She is a former ballet dancer, and she will be your personal fitness trainer. She worked with Tracy Anderson method in New York. She has a totally supportive and empathetic approach to health and fitness and will advise and help you learn, grow, and deepen your practice.
This retreat will take place at Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. Located on a small street off of Jalan Raya Canggu, is halfway in between the wining and dining of Seminyak and the empty beaches towards Pura Tanah Lot. Also close by is the newly renovated Canggu Club, a fitness center, country club and waterpark all wrapped into one.
