This package invites you to find yourself on the nature trails, walking the labyrinth and enjoying the sunset from an open-air Jacuzzi. Rest, renew and recharge at your host wellness retreat center with daily yoga, meditation, personal growth workshops and energy work. There’s plenty of time for spa and massage, journaling and meeting new friends.

If your inner wisdom guided you here, chances are you are ready. Be part of the transformative power of being live and in-person together. Wake up to presenting meditations and guided soul work explorations that are intuitive, deep and liberating. Playful, fun yoga and healing techniques will balance and brighten your body’s energy centers.

You’ll laugh, learn, share and incorporate new ways of being into your life at home. Soul Nourish Retreats program begins on Friday at 11:00 and concludes on Sunday just before lunch. They recommend exploring the quaint town and local waterfalls with your soul sisters after the closing circle. You can also enjoy a massage or peaceful hike at the retreat center on Sunday afternoon.

Shari’s work is the soul. Her meditations and workshops are personal, intuitive, deep, and liberating. Focusing on what fuels you and what frees you, she uses the Enneagram to integrate psychology and spirituality with mind-body practices. Mandy’s all-level and beginner-friendly Vinyasa classes are a sweet and sweaty celebration. She loves to embody playfulness on the mat, gently exploring and encouraging poses to challenge and empower her students to keep learning and growing. You’ll move to the beat of the music, you may cry, and you’ll surely laugh. You’ll make friends and build community. You will have fun.

Retreat location

This vacation will take place in Dahlonega, Georgia, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll love the fresh air and colors of nature. Traditionally Cherokee land, its name is derived from the brilliant, sparkling gold in its soil. The mountains of North Georgia are home to waterfalls, wineries, art galleries and forests.

Please book your flight to arrive at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

It is about a 1.5-hour easy commute to Dahlonega Spa Resort with nonstop service to all major airports including Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Newark, New York, Miami, Orlando, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia.
