Mountain Garden Inn

The bright and cozy rooms are located near the parlor and front porch with mountain or garden views, two single beds or a king / queen bed, and a private bath. These rooms are double and single occupancy.

Soul Nourish Retreats Yoga Vacation USA Program

Wake up to presencing meditations and guided soul work explorations that are intuitive, deep, and liberating. Playful, fun yoga and healing techniques will balance and brighten your body’s energy centers. You’ll laugh, learn, share, and incorporate new ways of being into your life at home.

Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Dahlonega, Georgia, this personal discovery and yoga retreat is hosted by Soul Nourish’s Shari L. Fox and Mandy Roberts, yoginis, friends, and soulful women leaders.


The Enneagram is a system of self-discovery that melds beautifully with yoga and it enlivens and deepens much of the Soul Nourish Retreats programming. The Enneagram works by providing insight into your intimate relationships (including your relationship to yourself!) through a personalized map for growth and freedom.

It studies human nature and personality as a key to unlocking your gifts. It works hand-in-hand with a practice of mindful presence, empowering you with the tools you actually need to live life fully engaged and to be kind to yourself.

The program will begin on Friday at 11:00 and concludes on Sunday just before lunch. Soul Nourish Retreats recommends exploring the quaint town and local waterfalls with your soul sisters after the closing circle. You can also enjoy a massage or peaceful hike at the retreat center Sunday afternoon.

Day 1: Friday

  • Morning: Arrival and check-in
  • Afternoon: Lunch, massage (optional), welcome ceremony and intentions, and all-level yoga
  • Evening: Dinner, soul night, and new year’s sacred vibes ritual


  • Morning: Flow, meditation, breakfast, workshop and yoga
  • Afternoon: Lunch, spa (optional), nature trails, awakening sessions, and free time
  • Evening: Dinner, unwind and relax: aromatherapy bodywork (the best Savasana ever)


  • Morning: Flow, meditation, breakfast, and amazing closing circle
  • Afternoon: Bon voyage!

Shari’s work is the soul. Her meditations and workshops are personal, intuitive, deep, and liberating. Focusing on what fuels you and what frees you, she uses the Enneagram to integrate psychology and spirituality with mind-body practices. You will feel safe to let your hair down, revel in a-ha moments that shift what’s possible, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Mandy’s all-level and beginner-friendly Vinyasa classes are a sweet and sweaty celebration. She loves to embody playfulness on the mat, gently exploring and encouraging poses to challenge and empower her students to keep learning and growing. You’ll move to the beat of the music, you may cry, and you’ll surely laugh. You’ll make friends and build community. You will have fun.

Retreat location

You’ll spend the weekend enjoying a gorgeous retreat and wellness center in Dahlonega, Georgia, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll love the fresh air and colors of nature. Traditionally Cherokee land, its name is derived from the brilliant sparkling gold in its soil. The mountains of North Georgia are home to waterfalls, wineries, art galleries, and forests.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

You can book your flight to arrive at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Transfer from and to this airport is not included. It’s about 1.5-hour easy commute to Dahlonega Spa Resort.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 35 days before arrival.
