Shari’s work is the soul. Her meditations and workshops are personal, intuitive, deep, and liberating. Focusing on what fuels you and what frees you, she uses the Enneagram to integrate psychology and spirituality with mind-body practices. You will feel safe to let your hair down, revel in a-ha moments that shift what’s possible, and reconnect with what matters to you. Shari is a Certified Enneagram Teacher and founder of Soul Nourish, where we combine the essence of yoga with the power of self-discovery.

She loves to embody playfulness on the mat, gently exploring and encouraging poses to empower her students to keep learning and growing. You’ll breathe deep.
