Soul Adventures resides at the beautiful Xuclar Beach House, an elegant beach house set high up in the mountain surrounded by forest and opposite the beach. This is true Ibiza style at it finest, an authentic Ibizan experience, with incredible sunsets and many secluded spots for watching the sun go down. Each room is named after one of the glorious local beaches along this precious northern coast of the island and each room has stunning views either out to sea or the mountains.
Perched on the cliff-top just a few short steps from the stunning cove of Cala Xuclar, the Xuclar Beach House is a gorgeous, quirky home-from-home. Sea views from the yoga deck and the most incredible sunsets to be had in Ibiza, are just some of her joys. Disco balls twinkle from overhanging branches, and sunbeds nestle between shady palms on the cute pool deck.

- 12:30 - 14:00 Workshops including various meditations/shamanic healing techniques/energy management, general check-in
- 14:00 - 18:00 Time for relaxation, exploring the island, treatments, etc.
- 18:30 - 20:00 Evening Kundalini Yoga and meditation with gong relaxation

- Arrivals are welcome from 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
- The retreat completes after lunch on Sunday with departures by 3:00 p.m.

Trish Whelan
Trish believes that all people have the power to connect to one's own true bliss. She works with an open heart to facilitate helping people to embrace life and move further along their own path to happiness, harmony, joy, and love. Her aim is to bring people into their power and radiance. She absolutely loves Kundalini yoga and truly believes that this powerful yogic technology is one of the greatest blessings you have as human beings at this time. She also works with the sacred vibration of the gong to bring about release, healing, and moving energetic blocks and incorporate the gong into a lot of the healing modalities.
Retreat location
The bohemian north part of Ibiza is home to so many of the island's charms. Just steps from Xuclar Beach House is the darling secluded cove of Cala Xuclar, and along the winding sea view road that leads to the house are some of the north's best beaches.

The menu is designed around the elements with organic, locally-sourced produce as Soul Adventures explores the healing vibration of food as the medicine also.

- There is a right turn two seconds past the sign at the blue rock to take you up the hill to the Xuclar Beach House
