Yoga has been part of Soraya's life for 24 years. It has helped her to shed her masks and get to know herself. She hopes that the way she teaches will inspire you along a similar path. She teaches a flowing style with a focus on alignment and the real yoga that happens off the mat as you begin to transform. Her classes are friendly and encouraging, open to all regardless of shape or flexibility. Throughout the class, she offers insights, readings, and humor to help you explore not only your external body but also your inner landscape.

Hilary loves being active in the great outdoors. She is at her happiest and feels most alive when she is out in the elements – rain or shine, mud or snow – walking, biking, hiking, and taking time to appreciate the beauty of the natural world around her. So, training as a Nordic walking instructor in 2007 felt like a very natural addition to her existing fitness qualifications, and a perfect way to channel her enthusiasm into encouraging others to get outside, exercise with like-minded friends and feel good. For over 10 years now, as a qualified Pilates teacher, she has been promoting healthy balanced mindful movement. Taking time to become more "embodied" (more in the body, less in the head / thoughts) allows you to be more aware of your posture, where you hold tension, the quality of your breath, how you "cheat" when you move. Only then can you begin to start unraveling your bad habits and start moving more efficiently with less stress.
