Thai born Sirirat Yamkham (Siri) initially trained as a teacher with Lanna Yoga in Chiangmai, Thailand. In 2014, she completed the Yin & Yang Yoga teacher training with Simon Low and the UK’s Yoga Academy at Samahita on Koh Samui. Siri teaches at various places in Chiang Mai and is especially passionate about teaching yoga for seniors and those who wish to experience the joys and benefits of yoga for the first time. Siri is one of the lead teachers for the classes so you will get to know Siri very well.
Ketrudee (Ying), is a registered yoga teacher RYT-200, RYS-300 with Yoga Alliance and Thai massage & Therapy massage. She began her yoga journey in 2011. Since then, she has been practising and teaching various types of yoga. Ying loves teaching and sharing her experience and energy. With every pose, your body will get to excise safely. Miyu Ying is a very skilled teacher who adapts to the needs of her class, meaning elderly students will have no problems in her classes. Ying, along with Siri is one of the lead teachers for the classes, you will be helped a lot by Ying.
Atchara Bradshaw (Cee), began her yoga journey in 2013 and immediately fell in love with yoga. Since then she has been practicing, teaching and learning the various styles of yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha, breathing, Yin, Ashtanga, Meditation. In 2014 she completed the RYT 200 hours Yoga Alliance. As a teacher she particularly enjoys teaching elderly students and enjoys seeing the smiles on their faces. Cee mostly provides support to Siri and Ying but is also your point of contact before the retreat. She will always be happy to answer any questions you have.
