Kathryn Gisi is a long-time yoga practitioner with nearly a decade of experience. She is a 500-hour certified instructor based out of Austin, Texas. Kathryn studied alignment yoga and incorporates that training into her classes, putting strong emphasis on regulating the nervous system by first finding congruency within the body. In addition to hosting retreats, she teaches with the City of Austin to help those who serve her community better understand the mechanics of their body and breath. Her goal is to simply guide students in the practice of existing in, and appreciating their body.
Anna Brunson, or Anna Ruth as she is known on the stage in Austin, is a singer/songwriter. She has found solace in the writing process throughout her life and is dedicated to helping others find their own unique voice. Anna's writing therapy curriculum is musical, honest, witty and raw. Anna regularly lends her talents in yoga studios and community yoga events across Austin as she believes that our sound, our breath and the way we move our bodies are all related.
