On this retreat, you’ll be invited to step out of some self-limiting beliefs and into your highest self. Framed around the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, we will look at how thought patterns can affect you on a physical and emotional level. Using yoga, meditation and mantras, let’s see how you can shift into feeling like our best selves by actually doing the work and confronting what’s holding you back.

Day 1

  • 19:00 Welcome dinner, meet and greet, icebreaker exercise
  • 21:00 Guided meditation, yoga Nidra, Yin yoga - creating mantras for your meditation practice centered in self-love. How to go to sleep already ready to be your best self tomorrow.

Day 2

  • 08:00 - 09:30 All-levels Vinyasa yoga - mindful movement class set to uplifting music. Guaranteed to get you moving and put a smile on your face.
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Group brunch - plant based and delicious, our food is meant to nourish you and keep you feeling your best
  • 12:30 - 14:30 Digital Detox meditation hike - you will take a beginner/intermediate hike up the Anza Borrego mountains. Walking mindfully and experiencing local wildlife, vegetation and the amazing gems and finds of this unspoiled landscape.
  • 16:30 - 18:30 Free time
  • 19:00 - 20:00 Group dinner - more hearty offering to replenish what you put out during the day!

Day 3

  • 08:00 - 09:30 All levels Vinyasa class - mindful movement with more chances to advance into some postures or try something new! Developing a home practice, how to get on your mat and get the most out of it at home.
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Group brunch -plant-based and delicious, we will also offer snacks throughout the day.
  • 12:30 - 14:30 Visit to Quan Lieu Meditation Center, meditation workshop, "how to ENJOY meditation" turning meditation from a chore into a joy.
  • 16:30 - 18:30 Free time
  • 19:30 - 20:30 more hearty offering to replenish what you put out during the day!
  • 21:00 Bonfire, letting go of old thoughts and habits. We will "sacrifice" self-limiting beliefs, habits and old ways of thinking. Making a commitment to new ways of thinking, speaking and BEING!

Day 4

  • 07:00 - 09:00 All levels Vinyasa class, incorporating new skills on the mat. A chance to ask questions about YOUR practice and integrating mindfulness, yoga and meditation into your life workshop
  • 10:00 - 11:00 Final group brunch - a light offering you can take with you!
