Come experience our ‘digital detox’ retreat, now more intimate and private at the beautiful Serenity Estate Ranch in Ramona! Day 1

  • 19:00 Welcome dinner, meet and greet, icebreaker exercise
  • 21:00 Gentle yoga - a light offering to help shake off the travel

Day 2

  • 08:00 - 11:00 Breath Work / All-levels Vinyasa yoga / Meditation / Cold Therapy - create your new morning routine with some or all of these practices that will leave you feeling blissful and invigorated to face the day
  • 12:00 Group brunch - plant-based and delicious, our food is meant to nourish you and keep you feeling your best
  • 13:30 - 14:30 breathing workshop - learn how to get high on your own supply! Breathing is the number one way to detox and rejuvenates just about every major system in the body. We can literally change our physiology just with our breath (scientifically proven!) Learn how to use breathing in replace of caffeine and stimulants to feel supercharged or how to help you to balance yourself out
  • 18:00 - 19:00 Group dinner - more hearty offering to replenish what you put out during the day!
  • 21:00 Sound healing - a beautiful crystal bowl and singing sound journey that will set you up for blissful rest

Day 3

  • 08:00 - 11:00 Breath Work / All-levels Vinyasa yoga / Meditation / Cold Therapy - create your new morning routine with some or all of these practices that will leave you feeling blissful and invigorated to face the day
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Group brunch - plant-based and delicious, we will also offer snacks throughout the day
  • 13:00 - 16:30 Digital Detox meditation hike - we will take a beginner/intermediate hike to a waterfall, an optional swim!
  • 17:30 - 18:30 Plant-based eating workshop - the benefits of switching to a plant-based diet. How to make plant-based eating fun and affordable. Learn how to food prep and set yourself up for success in the kitchen
  • 19:30 - 20:30 Group dinner - more hearty offering to replenish what you put out during the day!
  • 21:00 Warrior meditation workshop - learn how to develop or deepen your meditation practice. Learn techniques to quiet the mind and tap into lasting happiness, reduce stress and improve sleep

Day 4

Beach Day! We end our retreat with the most beautiful hike in San Diego and end up on the beach for our final ceremony and time together. Torrey Pines is lauded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and we tend to agree!

Back in 2013, I was a stressed-out news reporter in New York City lacking in purpose and wanting to find more joy and meaning in my life. The best thing that happened to me that year, I got fired from my dream job.

It turns out that "making a living" was far from living. The day I got fired I walked into a yoga class and while I had been practicing for years, this class just hit me differently. I didn't have anywhere to be after class, no emails to answer, all I had to do was focus on myself and my breath. The teacher was one of my favorites and was saying all the right things about one door closing so another could open.

Fast forward three years and I started to apply my can't stop, won't stop mentality to teaching yoga. In order to survive my rent and the cost of living in the Big Apple, I was teaching 20+ classes a week and it started to take a toll. I remembered how I felt when I moved everything else aside to become a yoga teacher and decided, I need to take a break for myself.

I picked Costa Rica and decided I would go somewhere quiet where I could just practice and surf every day. I shared what I was doing with my students as a way to inspire them to make space for themselves when they needed it and then something magical happened. People started asking if they could join me. Pretty soon I was being asked about the "yoga retreat" I was leading. I didn't even know yoga retreats were a thing!

Six years and dozens of retreats around the world later, I've realized this is my dharma, my life's work, and my true calling. Once we step out of our day-to-day, only then can we truly step into a higher version of ourselves. When we come together in community with this common goal, to move, to breathe, to eat good food, and to LAUGH, it has been my experience that this is truly some powerful medicine.

I don't claim to be a healer, mystic, or guru. What I am, is someone passionate about helping people feel better and sharing what I know and what has helped me and many others. I take that work seriously without taking myself too seriously. I strive to meet people where they are on their wellness journey and on their path to self-discovery. It takes time and it takes work but above all, it takes a willingness to say "yes" - if you feel a call to join us for what could be something truly transformational, I hope you'll reach out and see if a retreat is a fit for you!

Serenity Estate is situated on 21+ view acres in a peaceful community in the city of Ramona in San Diego County.

The beautifully manicured grounds of this special property feature nearly 3 miles of groomed and natural hiking trails through orchards, gardens, and down the hillside to Iron Mountain. There are over 2,000 feet of decorative stone walls lining the driveway, gardens, and walkways, and a tree orchard consisting of avocado, citrus (orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime), and pomegranates.

The custom lap pool and oversized spa are organic in nature showcasing the use of beautiful stonework blending into the natural surroundings along with a BBQ bar and patio decking...a perfect ambiance to relax, learn and dine under the stars.
