Lyn feels fortunate to teach yoga which is something that truly brings her joy. She aims to inspire others to develop their own yoga practice and to offer fun and varied classes to everyone. Her personal style is contemporary Hatha, mixing a number of yoga styles to offer variety and enjoyment. She feels this reflects her relaxed personality, offering a spiritual element and traditional ethos, incorporating meditation and mindfulness. She qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2013, with additional qualifications in meditation/mindfulness, nutrition & weight management, pre and post natal yoga.
