Throughout this amazing retreat, you will be staying at an Edwardian country house situated in Kent. The house is spacious and airy with an ashram type vibe. There is a maximum of 8 guests and the large, beautiful bedrooms are of dormitory style. The Indian silk tents and the futon-Rollaway floor bed can provide a grounding experience both physically and mentally.

The decor is minimal to help declutter the mind. The bed linen is white and crisp; towels, night lights, hot water bottles and a hairdryer are provided. All accommodation is sharing for this yoga retreat experience. There will be no mix rooms, girls with girls, guys with guys.

There are two bathrooms with bath and toilet. A hand-held shower is available in one of the bathrooms. In addition, there is a dedicated yoga space with special hot yoga heating allowing the room to reach 25 degrees.

From professional dancer to Ashtanga Yoga teacher has been one exciting journey. It was during a trip to LA I found mysef in an Ashtanga Yoga Mysore class and it totally gripped me. It resonated with my love of freedom of movement coupled with routine sequencing and alignment. I'd found a new passion. The next step was India, so every year I return to Mysore to re connect with my teachers and the very source of yoga. I believe in the power of all Eastern healing arts and qualified in Thai Yoga Therapy - Chavutti Thirumal - Ayurvedic Marma Therapy - Thai Foot Massage and Nada Yoga.
Ebony Jane
Ebony Jane is studying with CNM, London, as a Naturapathic Nutritionist - Qualified in Bio Medicine. It was during her visit to India in 2016, studying Ayurvedic medicine with Dr. Jalaja Suresh BAMS, Ebony realized that her passion lies with helping people to heal their body naturally, with a special focus on acne and hormones. Ebony is a professional dancer, actress and singer, has experienced the benefits of Ashtanga yoga and currently inspires healthy living through her Youtube videos. Ebony fires up HIIT - Booty Builder - Ab Attack and 'Let's Talk Health' sessions.
Wai - Yin Wan
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga)
Yinny is a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher, member of Yoga Alliance. A student of Iyengar with a strong focus on alignment. Her love of strong flowing and creative sequencing stems from a personal practice in Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Anusara styles of yoga. 200-hour Yin yoga training - Yin applied to Vinyasa.

This weekend retreat will take in Kent. The perfect escape from London weekend yoga break is just 40 minutes from Charing Cross - direct line to Hildenborough Station. The venue is just a four-minute walk away.

How to get there

Arrival by train

Please take a train to arrive at the Hildenborough Station. Trains are from London Charing Cross and some from Cannon Street Station as both routes are direct to Hildenborough Station. The house is only four minutes away from the Hildenborough Station by foot. Please keep SkyYoga posted during your travels and they will happily collect you from the station.
