There is one day off in a week. Students are required to attend morning and evening satsangs and to complete their Seva duties. The rest of the day is free for their personal study and activities.

This yoga teacher training course will take place at Sarsoli Dham in Kudal, India. Sarsoli Dham is located on the western shores of India, very close to the tourism capital, Goa. Sarsoli Dham is in pristine surroundings, as close to nature, and as far away from city life as can be imagined. The sea is just a few kilometers away, and the Western Ghats; untouched in this area, loom happily in the background. Sarsoli Dham is ideal for those seeking solitude and spiritual solace.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

The nearest international airport is Goa. It is a 2.5 hours drive from there. Once you share your arrival details to Sivananda Yoga Centre Gurgaon, a cab will be organized to pick you up. This service requires an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
