Molly Rose
Molly Rose is an international yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. She believes there is a special transformation that occurs when you retreat from the outside world, drop into practices of presence, and immerse yourselves in a new environment. She lives a nomadic lifestyle based between Europe, Asia, and the US, and leads international retreats with her chef husband all over the world. She also offers 1-on-1 online mentorship and teaches at yoga festivals and studios worldwide.
