Siobhans classes focus on connecting breath with conscious movement whilst offering an alignment based and thoughtful practice. Her mindful yet playful approach to the practice integrates classical teachings into creative flow allowing for joyously challenging yet relaxing yoga. Students feel confident to explore their bodies and minds through movement and breath. Expect a meditative flow through asana and pranayama allowing time to turn in and slow down, leaving class nourished and restored.
Yoga has been a passion of mine for many years now, so swapping my full time job as a Sports Manager to create Yoga Tribe UK was the start of an incredible journey of self-discovery and creating value. I have had the benefit of participating in various styles of yoga before deciding that power yoga was the one for me. Combining the flow of Vinyasa with balance, strength and flexibility was exactly the form of practise that I needed to create space and calmness within my mind whilst growing stronger and fitter. This is the style I love to teach and share with people of all abilities.
