Extending your stay with mountain tour

For the 2 yoga retreat weeks in July, (July 6 to 13, 2019 and July 26 to August 3, 2019), it is possible to book 3 more nights after the retreat. The first of these days is planned to take a break and practice yoga individually or discover the surroundings by foot or bike. This day is followed by two-day trekking in the Swiss Alps with an overnight stay in a traditional mountain cabin in a shared dormitory.

The 3 nights include full board and accommodation and a guided 2-day hiking tour with 1 hour of morning yoga on a mountain on the morning of the third day. In the mountain cabin (dinner of the second day, breakfast of the third day), people can choose between normal and vegetarian food. Usually, no vegan food is offered, sometimes they make exceptions if they have not too many guests. The hiking tour will not be too difficult, the technique and fitness levels will be adapted to the participants' skills and wishes. It will be about 5 hours of hiking each of the two days.

People booking this offer would pay 190 EUR additional to the course costs.

If somebody decides to come just for the mountain tour, it is 230 EUR for the 3 days.
