Joyful Yoga Retreat in USA

This creative well-being retreat is designed to bring together a group of amazing women to share a joyful, creative, and transformative experience. Sigrid Olsen incorporates mindful practices, hands-on art workshops, daily yoga, visual journaling, and fabulous meals in a beautiful natural setting. Groups are limited to 10 participants, so book early!

You will stay for 6 nights in a lovely key west style beach house on Siesta Key, just a short walk from the number 1 beach and a nearby village. Art workshops will take place on the premises. The meals and yoga sessions will be offered at Sigrid Olsen's home across the street.

There are 4 guest rooms that consist of 1 king suite, 2 queen guest rooms, and 1 twin double. They can be shared if you like. There is a private pool and spa, your own kitchen (for dinners in if you choose not to go out), and a comfortable living room with fireplace and TV, an ideal spot to gather and relax.

Saturday (arrival)

  • 15:00 Check in to your room

Sunday - Thursday

  • 08:00 Breakfast buffet
  • 08:30 Optional beach walk
  • 10:00 Yoga session
  • 12:00 Lunch
  • 13:00 Guided meditation and journaling
  • 13:30 Art workshop with Sigrid
  • 16:00 Free time (massage, shamanic sessions, art studio, kayak, rest, relax, swim)
  • 18:00 Sunset on beach (optional)
  • 19:30 Dinner on your own (you can go as a group and share cost, but you must make the reservations ahead)

Friday (departure)

  • 08:00 Breakfast buffet

Every day, you will be given at least 2 hours of free time to explore, enjoy the beach, or to simply relax.


Martha Abbot
Martha Abbot is a professional level Kripalu yoga teacher and is certified in expressive movement therapy, motional processing, DansKinetics, Kripalu bodywork and is a graduate of the Healing the Light Body School of energy medicine. She will lead the retreat's group meditations, yoga classes, and shamanic healing sessions.
Jamie Coffey
Jamie Coffey is a yoga instructor. With a strong focus on pranayama (breath), her classes blend Asana (poses held with breath) and Vinyasa (movement with breath) in a way that cultivates compassion, gratitude, and joy. She will teach yoga classes in this yoga retreat.

Retreat location

This retreat will take place in Siesta Key, Florida, USA. The house is located just a short walk from Siesta Key village and Siesta beach, the most talked about beach on the eastern seaboard where sunsets are like magic every day.


On arrival day, you will be served a welcome dinner. Healthy delicious breakfast buffet and freshly prepared lunch will also be provided for you daily.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
