"My experience at the Siddhayatan Spiritual Retreat was refreshing and relaxing until the yoga instructor put me through my paces with her informative and experienced yoga knowledge and practice. Meditation was easier with her guidance and the exhaustion that I was in after each class. All in all it was great, I needed the exercise in both body and mind. I rocked on a lovely afternoon in the hammock where I read undisturbed. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. There are only 2 things I would have had differently. The food was good but too high in carbohydrates, a little more protein and less white flour would have been great for me (at my next visit I will be sure to request some food changes). The other would have been some teaching on the Mantra, I had no idea what they were doing the first time so just sat humming with my eyes closed and by day 3 I didn’t get lost so much. I am going back for some of their other classes."

"Jai Siddhatma. I was there last year with Mohara Devi. I loved everything about my visit. I went with no agenda; an open mind with no expectations and I'm glad I did because it was a beautiful visit. I will add that at the end of my workshop with Acharya Shree Yogeesh, during his teachings, he answered (3) three questions that have troubled me for over 30 years without me asking the questions. I believe that when you put your faith in God and The Universe, eventually that that you are meant to know or have will come to you when it is meant to be revealed. In that moment that Acharya Shree provided the answers to my questions, I felt an awakening in my soul that I was not aware was missing. It was a beautiful moment. I'm grateful for having visited The Ashram/Siddhayatan Spiritual Retreat and intend on returning again and again."

"I too, had a wonderful experience at Siddhayatan Spiritual Retreat, and I am look forward to going back. It is a beautiful, peaceful place with kind loving people. I was there for 3 nights, and I didn't want to leave. Maybe that's why I couldn't find my car keys for 4 hours the day I was leaving. Thank you all, for helping me look, and for the entire experience."

"I signed up for a 7 day spiritual intensive, and took 3 workshops. I enjoyed the entire experience from the nice staff, to staying in a simple and clean room, the peaceful and natural atmosphere, the really good, tasty, and healthy food, all the new friends I gained, and the teachings. I found Acharya, the teacher, to be funny, non-judgmental, and wise. His stories were really deep, and made me think. The breathing techniques were intense but easy to do since I've been home. I met guests from Switzerland, Estonia, Canada, and locals from Texas. It was everything I needed, and more. I look forward to coming back. I feel so lucky it's a little over an hour away. If you guys read this, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your genuine love, and kindness. You've changed another soul."

"Probably everyone has encountered with the problem of emptiness in his life, I had such a feeling, stuck in the moment. I was empty and ready for the truth. After all the spiritual, philosophical books I have read and all this videos watched, I decided to move forward. Decisions, most are scary, but thou who is willing to take the risk and step, is the true hero. I didn't know what I should expect, only that I knew, the soul has spoken and I trust my soul, so joining the Ashram Living program for one month, at the Siddhayatan spiritual retreat in Texas, was a hit. Living in an ashram is all about sharing. It is not you, its what we share and do together as a community. Its not what the ashram can do for you, its what you can do for the ashram. As a volunteer, I helped in the ashram on daily basis, different tasks, different jobs some more interesting than others, and at the end the job must be done. You definitely should have lots of free time, patience, and space to learn something new, when participating in this program. I was really lucky to have met the beautiful Sadhvi, always smiley Anubhuti, and interesting Milo, who are always willing to help and share some of the truth, and of course I am grateful for Acharya Shree Yogeesh, who opened my eyes, and learnt me how to see and hear and just be in the moment. You become joyful as youre staying there and peaceful, as the energy's are full of positive thoughts, people. Success in life is not granted, working hard on yourself is the main paradigm. Regarding to souls path, you can make a simple decision, a difference in your life. It was worth it. Jai Siddhatma."

"Jai Siddhatma! My name is Riddhika and I live in Canada. I've been learning from Acharya Shree since 2009 when I found him on YouTube. My family and I visit Siddhayatan in Windom, Texas every chance we get! We try to bring our kids to every children's camp they put on, which are super fun by the way and highly recommended, and my husband and I come out for personal retreats also. Before I met Acharya Shree, I always used to say that I needed to find a wise old Indian woman, because nobody out there knew anything about life. I had many questions about this life and the purpose of it and nobody could satisfy my quest for the right answers. People's answers to my questions were too vague and made no sense. I felt like everyone was living a lie and was ok with it, I was not. Living amongst all of these lies drove me to search and search until one day I had found the light at the end of my tunnel: Acharya Shree. He had me at: "Can you imagine how much pain those snakes feel?'' in his "Become vegetarian" videos. I had never before, in my life, felt 100% tuned with another human being, as I did the first time I saw that video. After watching one video, I think I plowed through all of them within a few days. I could not get enough. Everything he said made 100% sense to me and I actually felt normal and not confused for once in my life! He clarified so many things for me!I was beyond determined to meet him! And I did. My husband, myself, and our two boys, drove from Regina, Saskatchewan Canada all the way to Windom, Texas, because I found a man on YouTube! Crazy huh? It was the best thing that I ever decided to do in my life!Since meeting Acharya Shree, I have changed my life for the better in numerous ways. Notice I said "I" have changed my life, not Acharya Shree. He inspired me! He doesn't make you do anything! This is what sets him apart from the other so-called "gurus". He simply shares his wisdom with you and you decide from there. There is no coercing, negotiating, weird baptisms, forcing, nothing like that. He speaks the truth which shakes your soul! It's kind of like a dog whistle: humans can't hear it but dogs can. Acharya Shree's words speak directly to your sleeping soul and kind of gently taps it on the shoulder and says" Hey you, sleepy head! It's time! It's time to wake up!" And you do wake up! Plus, not only does he get you started, which is super considerate by the way, he shows you how to do it yourself! There is no hiding of any secrets here my friends! No, no! Siddhayatan is the most loving, peaceful and inspirational place on this planet! Disneyland is pretty awesome too, but Siddhayatan takes the cake, 100%! Once you go, you won't be able to stop! It's that awesome! The first workshop I took, was the Know Yourself workshop, which I highly recommend. I promise you that if you take any of the workshops at Siddhayatan, you will leave there a much more positive and productive person than before you entered! One night at Siddhayatan makes a hard man humble! Go on and give yourself the best gift you could ever give yourself: The gift of truth from a real, living enlightened master: Acharya Shree! Life is short, take advantage while you can! An opportunity, beyond opportunities awaits you! Do not waste your life! You don't know if you will get this chance again in your next lifetime!"

"Sometimes you just need a break from everything in life. Siddhayatan offers that. I took them up on their offer for a three-day yoga retreat over New Year's. It's located about an hour north of Dallas near a town of 996 people called Windom. It's an old ranch that is slowly being remodeled. Yes, there is evidence of that in a lot of places, but there is also plenty of space to walk around. Hop a fence, walk a field. They own it all, so it's no big deal. If you're like me and from the north and it is winter, take in the sunshine and the bits of green popping up.The menu here is vegetarian and they can accommodate vegan and gluten-free. It is also the bomb. My gosh, the food was so good. They served up a whole variety of vegetarian takes on Mexican and Indian. I wish they'd put together a cookbook, because I would buy that in a snap. The accommodations are nothing special. Think camp as a child or hostels in your twenties. Functional, which is really all you need. There's no wi-fi, but you can get a strong cell signal. I chose to turn my phone off, but if you need the connection it's still there. There are mantra classes before breakfast and before dinner. I checked them out a few times, but Janist/Hindu mantras weren't really my style. They take about half an hour. There's a loose schedule that mostly revolves around the meals. Personally, I had one class a day and they came to find me to let me know when my class was going to happen. Mostly, my time was my own.The people that were juice cleansing seemed to have a rough go of it, mostly because it was only two juices a day. So, it's not so much a cleanse as it is a fast. If you're going to do it, be prepared for that. The yoga space is an old garage, and I had to knock my review down a star simply for the cold concrete floor and barely heated space. Yoga does warm you up, it's true, but for those of us with poorer circulation in our hands and feet it's extremely difficult to keep them warm in such a situation. The space itself is very nice, but it needs a little more upgrading for the winter months."
