"I had a truly wonderful time at Siddha Yoga Peeth. This was my first time in India and both Shailendra and Mishu made me feel so welcome and at home. The 7 day retreat was a perfect balance of great yoga from varied instructors, delicious varied food in a very relaxing and friendly setting and wonderful company from both other guests and the staff and was everything I could have hoped for from my first experience in India. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a deeply relaxing retreat."

The teachers were excellent in such a way that through teaching methodology and their experiences and guidance you already get a very clear understanding of what really yoga is and gain self confidence before you finish the course.
