"Ive been practicing for 12 years and Sid Yoga is 100% the best studio I have ever been to. Sid is a force. The energy, the knowledge, the playfulness and the pace of the class are all perfect and I always leave feeling like a better version of me."

"Sid yoga staff made me feel welcome from the first time I came to the studio. I particularly appreciate the combination of spirituality and physical practice provided by the staff. Sid and Lindsay are most inspirational especially in creating a space to grow for each individual wherever they may be. There are many events that provide spiritual balance in addition to the power yoga experience. I have not been as pleased with any other studio or fitness center I have been to before. Namaste."

"The studio is a very welcoming, friendly place. The front desk staff are always cheerful and helpful. The teachers are always open to questions, and their regular assists during class can make a huge difference. I love the range of classes, from power vinyasa to restorative to more focused workshops. And it is easy to find a convenient class with all the class times offered. "
