Join Shuniya Yoga and rediscover your lost authentic inner self. Through this retreat, you will be able to sort out your sense of self. It enables you to locate your originality amid the torrent of emotions and beliefs that you have acquired throughout life. Renew yourself and clear the garbage and imprints of the past, and let your true purpose shine through. Throughout this retreat, you will learn how to act with confidence and effectiveness and to fulfill your highest destiny on your own terms.
During this retreat, you will be staying at Villa Varia, hosted by Prabhu Anand Kaur (Ingrid Klabbers). This villa is situated in a beautiful natural reserve close to the Pellenberg Hospital, but is at the same time easily accessible from Leuven and Tienen. The energetic place which has come to exist here is described by others as a home, an oasis, and a place to find peace.
This place has come into existence very organically, both through the cooperation with Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa (who runs a three day retreat every four to six weeks) and through the Kundalini yoga level one training ran by Hari Krishan Singh (which will start in October 2015 for the fourth time already).
In this retreat, you will practice some of the 31 rebirthing kriyas that Yogi Bhajan taught over the period of autumn 1988 to winter 1989. These rebirthing kriyas mainly work with the breath. Practicing these kriyas helps sorting out your sense of self and enables you to locate your originality amid the torrent of emotions and beliefs that you have acquired throughout your lives. The aim is to renew yourself and clear the garbage and imprints of the past through a series of kriyas focusing on different stages of your first and very determining cycle of development, from your time in the womb to 11 years of age.
Over the three days, you will embark on a journey to recover your authentic self which got lost among your many and diverse experiences and your reactions to them. You will offload the emotional ghosts from your subconscious mind, understanding that they cannot be satisfied no matter how much you try to feed them.
You will evoke early imprints, bring them into the light of awareness, and clear them. This way a new clarity about your purpose, your self, and your values can emerge and become your own North Star along your life’s journey, so that you can always act with confidence, effectiveness, and fulfill your highest destiny on your own terms.
Day one is entirely dedicated to healing imprints from your stay in the womb.
On day two, you will continue this healing work, finishing the day with the actual re-experiencing of your birth, your birth as a soul, a blessed being coming to bless this world and elevate others. You will adjust the imprint of the first breath by taking it anew, experiencing it as an open, powerful, permission-giving, energizing breath that will adjust the pattern of your life force and connect you to your innate ecstasy and your ability to call on all of nature to give you what you need, thus giving a deep security to every cell. This way every breath following this rebirthing experience can become more vital, flowing, and creative.
Day three is entirely devoted to healing the formative childhood years up to 11 years of age.
