Join this 5 days Nagarkot panoramic yoga hike course intended for those who want to explore the typical local culture, Himalayan ranges, wildlife, and nature around Kathmandu city while deepening your yoga practices. The yoga and meditation practices will relax your body and mind. You will enjoy gorgeous sunrise and sunset view during the walk which offers the unmatched scenery of Himalayan peaks.
During this retreat, you will be accommodated by Shree Yoga Retreat for 2 nights in the studio, 1 night in a lodge, and 1 night in a hotel. There are basic rooms with bathroom outside, standard rooms with attached bath, and deluxe rooms (extra charge for deluxe rooms).
Shree Yoga Retreat will welcome you with fresh tea and discuss about the program. The dinner will be around 19:00 and you can go to bed. The program will start from next morning.
After having tea and breakfast followed by nasal cleansing, you will drive to Sundarijal (which may take around 50 minutes), a hiking starting point, which is also known as a hangout spot. Lush greenery, sources of water, and tranquil environment will welcome you as soon as you reach there. You will start your hiking from this spot. You will have lunch at one of the guesthouses.
Walking through a few settlements and deep forest with a variety of birds and chances of meeting wild animals, you will arrive at Chisapani (meaning cold water). It is Sherpa's village offering great views of mountains. Relieve yourself in the evening with yoga practice in front of the setting sun. The yoga class may last for 90 minutes. Have dinner and retire in some of the tourist lodges.
You will get up early in the morning to have a sunrise view with tea. You will enjoy the morning meditation practice with the panoramic view of long range Himalayas including Mount Everest. You will then have breakfast and start hiking towards Nagarkot. The whole trail passes through dense forest, making you forget the tiredness and making your hiking joyful. You will stop by Chauki Bhanjyang to have lunch and rest.
Then, you will continue your hike to Nagarkot passing through terraced fields, which also offers unmatched scenery of innumerable peaks along a large section of the Himalayas. The trail ascends up from Kattike Bhanjyang to Nagarkot. You will start yoga class after some time, have dinner, and stay overnight in a hotel.
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise view and start the yoga class. After yoga, you will join for breakfast and then you will hike down towards Dhulikhel while exploring the cultural diversities, traditional practices, bird-life, and more. After sightseeing in Dhulikhel, you will drive back to the yoga studio which may take around 1 hour. You will join the evening yoga session in the studio, have dinner, Trataka meditation, and retire.

Shreesh as a yogi wants to spread the knowledge, importance, and impact of yoga to the entire humanity. Participants do enjoy his classes combined with pranayama, asana, and dynamic movements.
This yoga retreat will take place in Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Chisapani, and Dhulikhel in Nepal. Nagarkot is a former Village Development Committee located 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu, approximately 2200 meters above sea level.
Nagarkot is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas which include 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13. They are Mount Everest, Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Numbur range. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu city.
You will have 3 vegetarian meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which you can choose from the menu) during the trek. Morning tea is also provided on some days.
