Dharamshala Yoga Teacher Training India

This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an intense and hugely rewarding month. It is designed for beginners or those who don´t practice regularly and want to develop and deepen their yoga practice and knowledge. Vinyasa yoga requires the flow of breath to move from one posture to another. This yoga does not have same poses, which requires the deep practice. This training opportunity allows you to focus on developing your personal practice, while also learning about the wider and deeper implications of this traditional form of yoga.
