At Shivoham Yoga, they have their very own little paradise overlooking the Indian Ocean. They have a yoga hall on the rooftop and once a week they do visit the beach and do conduct some asana, meditation, and pranayama classes on the beach as they believe that the sound of the ocean is very therapeutic and healing.

They also have a beautiful little cafe that serves yummy and healthy dishes, which makes it the perfect place for a hot cup of masala chai (Indian tea) and a quick chat or just relax and read a book. The accommodation is available in single and shared. Their rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and well-maintained. They provide bed sheets and bed covers. All rooms have an attached bathroom with hot water.

At the restaurant, you will find a wide variety of exquisite vegetarian food with the taste and spice of Indian cuisine. All food is handled with love, care, and cleanliness. Vegetables and fruits are washed with filtered water, and every dish represents the passion Shivoham Yoga School feels for food. Please note that they do not offer any non-vegetarian food (including eggs). Please inform them of any dietary requirements when you arrive. See below a sample of their menu:

1. Breakfast: oats porridge, muesli, brown bread, fresh tropical and seasonal fruits, herbal tea, milk, yogurt, sprouts, and one traditional Indian breakfast, different every day

2. Lunch: fresh salads, sautéed vegetables, lentils, beans, rice, Indian bread, and more

3. Dinner: delicious traditional Indian food along with healthy salads and healthy soups

4. Tea breaks: herbal or masala tea, twice a day

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Goa is an international destination that can be reached by air from almost anywhere in the world. Between October and the middle of April, there are direct chartered flights running regularly to Dabolim, Goa’s main airport.

You can also reach Goa from all India’s major domestic airports including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, etc. Goa is also well connected both by train and bus to all major Indian cities. Once you confirm your booking with Shivoham Yoga School, they will arrange a cab for you. The cost of the cab is not included in the package. Please contact them if you further need clarity on this.
