This program is created to teach you various aspects of yoga from asana, pranayama, teaching methodology to planning, and sequencing a yoga class with anatomy. This comprehensive curriculum also covers yoga philosophy based on the yoga sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners, among other topics related to the practice of cultivating a balanced life.

Shivoham Yoga School strongly encourages you to bring your own creativity into your teaching practice. By the end of the course, you will be ready to practice Hatha and Vinyasa flow as self-practice and be ready to teach classes based on this style of yoga, along with creating your own Vinyasa flow sequences with various themes and teach yoga anywhere in the world.

Note: At the end of the course there will be a written as well as practical exam and full participation is expected from students in all classes. Attendance in all classes is mandatory and compulsory, if you fail to do so there is a possibility that you will receive a Certificate of Participation whereas full participation students with receive certificate of completion.
