Rishikesh was a great place to have done TTC! I loved doing meditation sessions on the roof of the hotel, looking toward the hills surrounding the area. All the teachers were so passionate about yoga and actually practice what they preach. I really appreciated everyone's down-to-earth attitudes in this course.
The hotel staff were excellent about accomodating our food requests and I just felt so healthy throughout the experience.
I think if you go into this experience with an open mind, and an expectation for it to be challenging in ways that you've never anticipated, there is a lot to be gained. Yoga was really hard and it was hot! There is a lot of reading that needs to be done outside of just class hours. And life just slows down overall.
