Ayurveda is an ancient yet timeless Indian system of medicine. The word Ayurveda literally means "knowledge of life". The aim of Ayurveda is to maintain the health of a healthy person and cure illness. This science is based on the principles that the universe is made up of five elements: air, fire, water, earth, and space. These elements are represented in humans by three doshas or energies: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Your health and wellbeing depend on getting the right balance of the tridosha (three doshas).

Yogi Vishu was born Haridwar and later moved to Rishikesh during his teenage. He belongs to Gayatri Parivar (a community formed by saints and spiritual guides) that involved him in many spiritual practices from his early childhood. Vishwajeet's style of teaching is friendly and approachable both inside and outside the class.
Grishma believes in organic living and has a strong affection for plants and the environment. At a very young age, she decided to become a doctor and achieved her goals. Her teaching technique is novel with personal support for each and every student. With Grishma, you will learn about anatomy and how it applies to Yoga poses. She has completed her Bachelors in Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery from GAMRC, Goa.
Shinoj teaches power yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Alignment yoga, and meditation techniques. He also combines the techniques to improves the strength, balance, and flexibility of the student.
