This yoga teacher training will take place in Koynanagar, a place situated in south of Maharashtra India. Koynanagar has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, due to the Koyna wildlife sanctuary.
ShivaShaktiYoga school is situated in Koyna wildlife sanctuary.The sanctuary is nested in the Western Ghats. Koyna river flows just adjacent to the resort and has a perfect place to swim and sunbath.
A yoga teacher training course requires the right kind of environment as it is a intensive course. Discipline, dedication, and devotion are three basic needs of the yoga teacher training course at ShivaShaktiYoga school.
You have to book flights to Pune Airport (PNQ).
ShivaShaktiYoga will pick-you up from the airport on the arrival day at 11:00 hours. Drop-off will be on the last day of the course also to Pune Airport (PNQ). The pick-up and drop-off are included in the price.

He has been travelling for 20 years with many monks and yogis, and studying the fields of yoga, spirituality, Vedanta, and heritage of India. His education in the field of science in graduation, medical science in post-graduation, and computer studies earned him a job in MNC for a Florida-based company.
Due to his inclination towards a deeper philosophy and experience, he started to travel to the Himalayas, a journey from the southern tip of Kanyakumari to the northern tip of Kedarnath, experiencing India. He met many masters on the way and started to practice meditation and Japa yoga.Currently, he is a part of Shiva Shakti Yoga, a traditional yoga school with great yogis who are a part of the team conducting 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses for students from across the globe.
Jagjeet Singh is born in Haridwar in the state of Uttarakhand. He started his journey in his early age in a spiritual environment. He is a master in Hatha yoga and has completed his formal education in (MSC) in yoga and science from Gurukul Kangri University. He has in-depth knowledge and has been practicing yoga therapy, Marma therapy, alternative therapy, yoga asana , pranayama, mudra bandhs, and yoga philosophy.
He owes this to his yoga practice and the blessings of all the masters he learnt from. This motivated him to go into deeper aspects of yoga and hence led him to gain knowledge from varied sources.
While sharing yoga, Jagjeet likes to emphasize, assist, and motivate friends towards a healthy lifestyle by focusing on the traditional aspects of yoga which includes asanas with breathe co-ordination in a meditative frame of mind. He focuses on pranayama, strength, flexibility, and relaxation and imparts understandings from the ancient Indian texts and personal experiences.
Durga Prasad Upadhyaya (spiritual name: Shri Shiva Shankar) was born in a Hindu Brahmin family at Jagannathpuri (Orissa) on December 15, 1974 and raised by his spiritual masters in the ancient legendary cave monasteries of the great yogis, where countless generations of yogis have been trained and initiated into deepest mysteries of the sacred science of Veda and yoga.
He was known from an early age as a foremost exponent and expert of the tradition, its texts, and practices. He was a child prodigy with a flair for recitation of mantras for a prolonged time span, practice of yogic techniques, meditating for hours, and studying the ancient holy scriptures.
After completing his matriculation, he dedicated his whole life to follow the journey within by walking on the well-trodden ancient path shown by the Himalayan masters, sages, great yogis, and Vedic teachers. At the age of 14, crossing all the familial boundaries and social limitations, he left his home to acquire spiritual knowledge and to discover the absolute truth, thereby enlightening himself.
Himanshu Sharma comes from a traditional background. Born in Mathura grown up in the lap of of mother nature with a religious surrounding of lord Krishna in Uttar Pradesh state of India. Himanshu started his practice of yoga in amazingly peaceful and pure environment. As yoga is a culture, he decided to live it since he was young. Himanshu practiced yoga based on Patanjali yoga Sutra and Hath yog Pradapika (One of ancient texts and pure form of yoga).
When he finished his graduation, he further decided to do his masters in yoga and science from Patanjali University Haridwar. He also started teaching at the same time. Through this opportunity he could interact with over a thousand people from many different countries. During these years of service along with exploration of yoga philosophy, strengthening the yogic education, and its understandings he continued to do his Ph.D. in yoga and science.
He has studied many ancient scriptures and books in the field of yoga. He has been teacher traditional Hatha yoga as it is the core form of yoga and has got positive results in his students on their physical, mental, and emotional level.
While he is living yogic life, he imparts the true knowledge of yoga, that yoga is not only about the postures or a few kriyas, it's a way of healthy, meaningful, and conscious lifestyle. It's a journey of powerful transformation in many different aspects of life.
In present days, Himanshu is living his spiritual ambitions and enjoying the never ending bliss. Himanshu says "I really can see, there is already so much complications in the world and yoga is really a powerful and purest tool to make the things easy for the world. It is above all the boundaries, yoga has power and capacity to make this planet better, if it could reach to people with true essence".
His mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone in this earth with keeping its true spirit alive.
Yogi Manish Goyal is a yoga teacher from Jodhpur, the sun city of India. He entered into the world of spirituality at a young age and was very fascinated by yoga and spiritual practices. He took diksha from Param Pujya Swami Satyamitranand Giriji Maharaj (founder of Bharat Mata Mandir and Samanvaya Seva Trust, Haridwar). Later his fascination turned in to passion and this passion into devotion for yoga. He aims to share the divine energy of yoga with others.
He is a sincere and committed practitioner. His own practice helped him to explore and achieve perfection in yoga asanas. Later he got a chance to complete his formal education in post graduate diploma in yoga education and then masters in yoga at Naturopathy Jodhpur University. As his mentor, Dr. Bhagwati Prasad Gaur taught transcendental meditation technique. His teachings of precision helped Yogi Manish Goyal integrate the body, mind and emotions.
His devotion, commitment, and unique way of teaching got him a job at Taj Hotels as a yoga teacher. While he was working at Taj he got an opportunity to train in "traditional Satyananda yoga" from Mr. Shirish Gupta. Along with this trainings he studied ancient scriptures like Hathyogpradipika, Gherandsamhita , Shivsamhita, Vigyanbhairavtantra, Patanjaliyogsutras and some other books like meditation from Tantra, Yognidra (Bihar Yog bharti).
He also learned the technique of Preksha meditation while working in Jain Vishwa Bharati , Ladnu. While working in Ladnu, he spent some time with the Jain Monks, who introduced him with the fundamentals of Jainism. He has conducted yoga sessions at reputed yoga schools and meditation centers and also conducted seminars in corporate companies.
Manish believes that a life style of holistic wellness can make a better society to live. Thus he started conducting fun filled, adventurous, and interactive workshops in reputed schools. This manner of teaching, according to him, would help the kid's yoga journey easy and help them incorporate in their lifestyles.
Teaching in meditation centers and corporate companies, he helped them deal with crucial stages of their lives. He also introduced them with specialized workshop targeting easy stress relief and fitness techniques suiting the modern and stressful lifestyle.
Yogi Manish has also done his master's in acupressure therapy or reflexology and first level in Reiki healing. So he could improvise his teaching skills (helps with greater balance and circulation of fluids and metabolic energies in the body). He studied ancient forms of yoga like Hatha, ashtanga, Karma, Kundalini and other elements of yoga. This helped him further master his asanas and pranayama techniques.
Along with this, he also studied related subjects such as Ayurveda, tantra, mantra, preksha meditation, to help people stay vibrant and healthy while realizing their full human potential. It uses the inherent principles of nature, to help maintain health in a person by keeping the individual's body, mind and spirit in perfect equilibrium with nature.
Yogi Manish is a dynamic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings his energy, philosophy, and scientific approach of yoga to everyone he teaches. That is why he says that through yoga, impossible becomes possible.
Vegetarian brunch and dinner are included in the price of the training and served daily.
