The students shall learn asanas, Hatha and Vinyasa, pranayama, cleansing techniques, meditation, mantra chanting, yoga anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and much more. It is a highly recommended course for students who are restricted for the time yet want to enhance their knowledge of yoga. ShivaShaktiYoga offers this course as a first semester of the 200-hour teacher training course, and students have the chance to upgrade to the 200-hour teacher training course if they apply for the second semester within 12 months of completing the first semester.
