During the yoga teacher training, students are provided with separate rooms, bedding, and ensuite western style toilets with hot and cold water. Wireless internet connection is provided in the room as well.

During programs, we offer three vegetarian meals per day. All retreat guests may partake in meals during these times. Tea and biscuit will be served three times daily. Please avoid spicy, non-vegetarian meals outside of the course, as this is strictly not allowed within the ashram for the duration of the course. Students need to have only Sattvik food.
You can get either bus or train from Delhi to Haridwar, and from Haridwar to Rishikesh, you can board in local transportation (bus or auto).
