During programs we offer three vegetarian meals per day. All retreat guests may partake of meals during these times. Tea and biscuit will be served three times daily. Please avoid spicy, non-vegetarian meals outside of the course, as this is strictly not allowed within the ashram for the duration of the course. Students need to have only Sattvik food.
You can get either a bus or a train from Delhi to Haridwar, and from Haridwar to Rishikesh you can board local transportation, such as a bus or auto. On request, Shiva Yoga Peeth can arrange taxi services from Dehradun to the yoga center (a 25-minute distance).
